You know you should be on LinkedIn.
You've seen the people who show up consistently. They get the conversations, the opportunities, the invitations. They're the name that comes to mind when someone needs exactly what they do.
So you've thought about it. Maybe you've even tried.
You open a blank post. You stare at it. You wonder:
What am I even supposed to write about?
Who is this for?
Is this too boring? Too personal? Too salesy?
How do people write so well, so often, so easily?
Where am I supposed to find the time?
So you close the tab. You tell yourself you'll do it next week.
Or you post for two weeks, get a handful of likes, lose momentum, and quietly stop.
If that's you, here's the thing nobody tells you:
It's not a discipline problem. It's a clarity problem.
You can't be consistent at something you don't understand. And you shouldn't be.
What's the point of showing up every day if you have no idea whether you're doing the right thing in the first place?
Most advice about LinkedIn falls into two camps.
Camp 1: "Just post consistently."
Great advice, if you already know what to post, how to write it and who it's for. You don't, so consistency alone just makes you consistently confused.
Camp 2: "Go viral."
Hooks, hacks, trending formats. Virality is a lottery ticket. It's not a strategy, and a viral post that attracts the wrong people does nothing for you.
Here's what I've seen after working on LinkedIn for the world's largest creator agency and for founders and CEOs across tech, healthcare, marketing and NGOs:
The people who win on LinkedIn aren't the most viral. They're the most clear.
They know what they want LinkedIn to do for them. They know who they're talking to. They have a simple way to turn ideas into posts. And they show up every day.
That's it: strategy, quality thinking and consistency.
I know because I live it. My own business runs primarily off LinkedIn, with a relatively small following. No viral posts. No hacks. Just a clear strategy, a consistent habit and writing that does a job.
That's exactly what I'm going to teach you.

My Story
I'm Mustafa.

Mustafa Akberally
Founder, Ghostwriter & Coach
I started my career working with companies across the woorld, which eventually led to me joining the world's largest creator agency, the company behind creators like Lara Acosta, Ali Abdaal, Iman Gadzhi, Grace Beverly, Leana Deeb, Chris Williamson, Mike Thurston and more.
There, I became Head of Personal Brand across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and X. I learned the ins and outs of building a brand people remember. I grew the founder's personal brand to 50,000+ LinkedIn followers.
Then I went out on my own.
I built a ghostwriting business writing LinkedIn content for founders and CEOs across tech, healthcare, marketing, NGOs and more. I've written for the owner of a $150M agency and for Facebook's most viewed female creator in history.
Across my clients' accounts, that's meant:
Over $10M in leads generated
1,500,000+ impressions on a single post for an AI consultant
Hundreds of thousands in closed business sourced through LinkedIn
Only after growing other people's brands did I start writing for myself. And that's when I proved the point.
My entire business now runs off LinkedIn. I have a small following by creator standards. I never went viral on purpose.
I run what I call a portfolio career: the Accelerator, a fixed consulting engagement with a creator monetization company, and a handful of top-tier ghostwriting retainers. All of it traces back to showing up on LinkedIn with a clear strategy.
I'm not telling you this to impress you. I'm telling you because it means you don't need a massive audience or a viral moment. You need a system, and someone to show you how to run it.
A Strategy Built Around Your Objective
Before you write a single post, we define what you want LinkedIn to do for you: Clients and leads.A new job. Investors. Hires and top talent. Speaking opportunities. Partnerships. Or simply a strong, top-of-mind brand. Then we map three audiences to that goal: Top of funnel: people who don't know you yet. These are the people who discover you. Middle of funnel: people who know you and are warming up. These are the people who follow you. Bottom of funnel: people ready to act. These are the people who buy, hire, invest or refer. Every post you write will have a clear audience and a clear job. No more guessing.

Your Daily Ritual
Consistency is easy when it's designed around your life. Together, we build a simple routine for capturing ideas, writing, posting and engaging. It's built around your schedule, whether you have 20 minutes or two hours. The goal is a habit you keep, not a plan that collapses in week two.

I don't have time.
The daily ritual is designed around your actual schedule. Most posts take a fraction of the time once you have a system. The slow part is figuring out what to write, and we eliminate that.
I'm not a writer.
I don't have an audience.

Is this expensive?
